Notices, Terms and Conditions on Booking / Quoting for Travel Products
Introduction
"Odyssey", "We" and "Us" refer to Odyssey Travel, a trading name of Odyssey Trading Pty Ltd. “Customer”, “Client”, "Traveller" and "You" refer to you, as a client of Odyssey Travel and in the cases of booking and travel as a customer of Odyssey Travel.
It is the client’s definite responsibility to read the following notices, terms and conditions carefully. It is highly suggested that you must not accept any booking or offer unless you have full understanding and agree with the following terms and conditions.
Our Role
Role as Agency
Odyssey, in most cases, acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transports, accommodation and other wholesale service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail and cruise line operators (operator hereinafter). Odyssey’s obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and operators. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these operators. Your legal recourse is against the specific operator and not to Odyssey. If for any reason, any operator is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the operator and not with Odyssey Travel. It is your definite responsibility to ask our sales agent regarding to our role in the product for which you are paying.
Role as Travel Service Operator
Odyssey also operates our own tours and other travel services. Please refer to our travel consultant for our different policies on different travel products which is directly operated by us.

Prices
All prices are subject to availability, and can be withdrawn or varied without notice until a booking has been made. Once a booking has been made at a quoted price, but until full payment is made; the price is necessarily subject to variations caused by such matters as exchange rate fluctuations, affecting taxes and surcharges on airfares; and operator price variations which affect the final price of the booking. Such latter variations will, in most cases, be advised with sufficient notice as to enable final payment to be made at the original quoted price.
Product policy
All products are subject to different policy from each other. It is your definite responsibility to ask your travel agent or consultant regarding to the related products.
